Shipping and Delivery

Orders are despatched up to 2 working days after receipt of payment. We generally post every day during the week. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We use a tracked and signed for service and although we can track an item we cannot guarantee it will arrive in the timescales advised by the delivery agency. All orders placed with us can be sent straight to your door or directly to the recipient if it is a gift.  If any items are urgent please contact us before you purchase and we will do all in our power, where possible, to dispatch sooner.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns

Return and Refund Policy

If you need to return anything, you have 14 days after receiving the order to return it to us. Please ensure items are in perfect condition. We have the right to refuse the return if the item/s are in an unacceptable condition. When trying clothing on babies/toddlers, please use a bib/muslin to ensure no dribbles/vomit/food get onto the clothing.

Please note, any items that have been customised to your requirements and/or made-to-size, are not returnable. 

We ensure everything is checked to our high standards before it is sent out and a lot of care is put into packaging each product to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If we are unable to fulfil your order, for any reason, we will contact you and offer alternatives where possible.  A refund for all monies already paid will be made to the account used.

Please return your goods by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage).

We will examine the goods on receipt of return before arranging a replacement, exchange or refund.

Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Bambino Couture reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Bambino Couture is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Prior to Placing an Order

Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of sizing. We'd be happy to send you measurements or if you send us measurements, we can judge the most suitable size.
If a size/colour that you require is out of stock, please get in touch as we may be able to order this for you.
